How it works
What a month looks like inside.
Most tools start at the post. This one starts at the agreement. Six steps, in the order they happen, on the same screens your team and your clients work in.
Agreement
What the client bought sets the quotas, the review dates and the deadlines. Ten posts, one shoot hour, review Monday to Wednesday: those numbers become the month's Timeline, the plan's targets and the client's review window. Nothing is typed twice, so nothing drifts between the contract and the calendar.
Plan
Next month fills itself from the brand's dates, series and ideas, then becomes concepts on the calendar. The cycle strip shows the create-by date, both review windows and the first posting day, all computed from the agreement. Concepts that need new photos are marked before anyone opens an editor.
Shoot
Concepts that need new photos become the shot list. Suggested days come from the photographer's calendar and the weather, with a tentative backup date and an indoor fallback already on the card. The call sheet and run of show are generated from the list, and the hour is logged against the agreement.
Review
Internal checks first, then the client approves each item from a link with no login. The internal review catches the hook, the pillar, the brand's words to avoid and the AI tells before a manager spends a minute on it. The client sees exactly what they are approving, with Approve and Request changes on every item, and the review closes on the day the agreement says it closes.
Publish and community
Posts go out at the Posting Hour, each on its own day. Comments and messages get answered on the days the client pays for. Each approved post publishes through Meta's official connection with cover, audio, tags and location intact, and a Publish QA pass confirms it is live. Community sessions open on the brand's days with the brief beside the inbox and a reply-by clock, and every reply is sent by a person.
Report
The monthly audit builds itself from the same data the team worked in. Performance is read by pillar as well as by post, so the next plan can move a quota instead of guessing. The audit becomes the agenda for the monthly meeting, and the agreement's numbers for next month start from what this month taught.
Analytics and the audit ship with the first founding brands. Until then the team works from the connection's native insights.
