For in-house teams

Your brand's social, with sign-off from the people who need to sign off.

One brand or forty locations. Stakeholders approve by the item from a link, the plan fills itself from your calendar, and there is nothing to invoice.

$99 a month for three brands and ten users. Founding in-house teams pay $79, locked, after three months free.

Sign-off

Stakeholders approve by the item, from a link

Your director sees exactly what you're asking her to approve, and nothing else. The month's plan, a post, an add-on request, each with its own Approve and Request changes, from a link with no login. Legal can be the approver on one item and nobody else's. The review closes on the day you set, and the portal never says late, overdue, or shows red.

  • Internal check by your team first, then the stakeholder window
  • A different approver per item type when you need one
  • Every approval kept with the item, for the audit trail leadership asks for
  • A person sends every post.

Locations

One brand, as many locations as you run

A brand group holds the strategy, the voice, the words you avoid and the approvers once. Each location gets its own accounts, its own calendar and its own quotas. Copy a post to every location in one step, or to three. Stakeholders at a location see only their location.

The first location is a brand at the plan rate. Each additional location is $5 a month. A 40-location brand lands around $295 a month; 40 or more is custom.

How it works

What your month looks like inside

See each step with a screen
01
Scope
What leadership signed off on sets the quotas, the review dates and the deadlines, per location.
02
Plan
Next month fills itself from your calendar, your series and your ideas, then becomes concepts on each location's calendar.
03
Shoot
Concepts that need new photos become the shot list, with suggested days from the photographer's calendar and the weather.
04
Review
Your team checks first, then stakeholders approve each item from a link with no login.
05
Publish and community
Posts go out at the Posting Hour, each on its own day. Comments and messages get answered on the days each location covers.
06
ReportComing
The monthly audit builds itself from the same data the team worked in, in a form leadership can read.

Analytics and the audit ship with the first founding brands.

Pay nothing until publishing works for your brand

Then three months free, then $79 a month for as long as you stay. We migrate your brand and its locations with you, up to 20. If publishing isn't working by March 31, 2027, you leave with an export and owe nothing.

What we ask: a setup call, a short check-in every other week for three months, honest bug reports, and two sentences if you're happy. The window closes January 31, 2027.
